Soap Scraps

Need something to do with those soap scraps?  I have the perfect solution!

Recipe:

2 cups grated soap scraps

1 tblsp glycerin

1 tblsp oil of choice

Melt in double broiler.

Add 2 1/2 cups to 3 cups water depending on the consistency you prefer.

Add preservative.

Bottle & Label.
